[CENTURY 21 APD is] excellent. My husband and I were renting a home from CENTURY 21 APD. After a year of timely payments our agent spoke to us about the option to purchase a home. [Our APD agent] explained to us what the market was doing and how it was the perfect time to purchase. We looked at several homes and found the right one after only a couple of days looking. The whole process only took a month or so and we moved into our new home using our VA loan and did not have any out of pocket expenses.
