Training

As a result of our highly successful training program, our agents are actively sought after for recruitment by other local real estate companies because they know that an APD agent has been thoroughly trained.

At CENTURY 21 APD Associates you will have:

• Experienced Team Leaders  - Broker and sales managers   teach at the Academy of Real Estate to stay ahead of changes
• Weekly sales meetings, twice a week to give you   information, motivation and education
• 90 Day Fitness Report - list of training and tasks to   accomplish during first 90 days of your real estate career.
• Mentor Program with in-the-field training with experienced   senior agents.

New to real estate sales?  At CENTURY 21 APD Associates you do not need to have your own client base to be successful your first year.  New team members can hit the ground running.

• Hold Open House right away on new homes or resales even if you  don’t have any listings.

Marketing

Work smart, not hard.  CENTURY 21 APD Associates has an entire staff dedicated to maximizing the efficiency of our agents.  Because our talented office staff handles the paperwork, signs, lockboxes, and advertising, agents are free to spend all of their time prospecting, showing houses, and writing contracts.  

We handle advertising as a company.  In addition to your listing appearing on rotation on the CENTURY 21 APD Associates website, your listings will also be put into the MLS and pushed out to several other websites including CENTURY21.com and Homes.com.  We also do print advertising in local newspapers and magazines showcasing your listings for you at no greater cost to you.  

Don’t have a listing?  Your name will still go in our print ads if you hold open house on a weekend!

Technology

We have 2 office locations with free wireless internet and computers for agent use.  We have copy machines, fax machines, and a state-of-the-art phone system.  Most importantly, we have an entire office staff at both locations to help you with your technology questions!
