You always have options when choosing a real estate brokerage to represent you. Of course, I'm biased and I truly believe CENTURY 21 APD Associates will do the best job for you. However, the decision of who to hire is personal and carries enormous emotional, financial, and personal weight.

One thing I would ask everyone to do, is go to https://www.trec.texas.gov/ and look up the company you are considering. You can see how long the brokerage has been in business, and how many teams are operating under that brokerage.

You can also see how long an agent has been licensed and what classes they have taken.
